Real Outreach exists to meet people where they are and serve them in practical, meaningful ways. We believe outreach is more than an event—it’s about building relationships, restoring hope, and showing people that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten. We serve individuals, youth, and families in our community through hands-on outreach, providing resources, food, support, mentorship, community events, and opportunities for genuine connection. Our approach is simple: see the need, show up, and serve. We believe lasting change happens when people know someone genuinely cares. That’s why Real Outreach is committed to going beyond temporary assistance. We want to build relationships that encourage people, strengthen families, support young people, and help our community thrive. Whether we’re feeding a family, mentoring a young person, supporting someone experiencing hardship, or bringing people together, our goal remains the same: Love people. Serve people. S.O.A.R Sisters
(Sisters Overcoming All Rejection)
A community of support for women.
Description: This initiative creates a safe space for women to come together, share their experiences, and encourage each other. Through W.O.W (Women of Worth) Gatherings, participants are empowered to heal, grow, and embrace their worth in Christ.
Health and Wellness
We prioritize the well-being of the communities we serve by offering health programs, mental health support, and wellness initiatives to promote holistic development.
Homeless Outreach
Our Homeless Outreach is about more than providing a meal—it’s about creating community, restoring dignity, and reminding people that they are seen, valued, and loved.
Each month, Real Outreach goes directly into the community to serve individuals experiencing homelessness. We provide hot meals, clothing, hygiene essentials, prayer, encouragement, and genuine connection while creating a welcoming environment where everyone is treated like family.
We believe Jesus demonstrated what it looks like to move toward people rather than waiting for people to come to us. That same belief drives our outreach.
We don’t just serve meals. We serve people.
